This herb is recommended for osteoporosis. I will not know how it is working until my next bone density scan.

Hi, I'm using Pfaffia with a combination of other Barlow herbal remedies. Thus, it's not possible to identify how Pfaffia is contributing; but in combination with the other herbals, I am confident it is strengthening my immune system.
Following an attack from the flu in February, I experienced an unprecedented impact on my blood starting with low platelets, then anemia. The theory was the virus attacked my platelets and I was subsequently treated by Traditional Medicine with platelet infusions and blood products. Subsequently I began using Barlow herbals of Munity Boost and LDM-100 to boost my immune system. To this regimen I added Pfaffia, Spirulina, LiverLove and Elderberry. With prayer and Barlow Herbals, the weakness and ugly bruising appearance around my body from low platelets began to heal several weeks ago. I still need another blood test to confirm that my blood is back in balance; but meanwhile I praise the God of Second Chances for His herbal medicine from Barlow which spared me from jumping through the hoops of hematology.
