I start my day with cayenne pepper

I start my day with cayenne pepper, slippery elm tincture with lime, touch of maple syrup and hot water. This has become the best routine for me. I feel energized every morning afterward. I really appreciate your wisdom and your dad's legacy. Jane, thank you.

Packs a punch

I have used herbs and tinctures for decades. I have never tried Cayenne tincture before. And I think it wasn't expecting more of a Cayenne oil. I only put a few drops on my tongue but I couldn't breathe for a bit and choked a lot. Maybe it should come with a warning label? ☺️ I'm using it as a preventative so I don't have something particularly to report on if you understand what I mean. But I feel content using it, carefully.
