I really like the Essiac salve.
It soothes the skin surrounding my open sarcoidosis leg ulcers.
I was very careful at first, just trying out a few areas. It seemed to work well so now I can use it around all of them.

Eczema on lower legs

It seems to be working well when I use it daily! It has helped the redness of eczema on my feet and lower legs quite a bit.
