Very relaxing

Great but definitely recommend starting with a lower dose!

I started with the recommended dose of 15 drops and it knocked me out but also gave me intense nightmares. The next night, I cut the dose in half but it still gave me bad dreams. Finally, I tried 1-2 drops in some water and it worked well. Apparently I am VERY sensitive to it. I wanted to leave a review in case anyone else has the same trouble.
