my BP has been high for awhile, this dropped it a good 20 points in about 2 months, while it hasn't taken it down to normal levels its definitely doing something for me and its easy to use. hoping with continued use it will further help me.

Slow and steady!

I have been taking the BP tincture for several months now, and most recently have noticed excellent results when having my BP
checked at various doctor visits. I encourage folk who have not had luck to stay with it…..herbs seem to take time to do their magic. I now have a confidence about it, and am avoiding the white coat syndrome uptick in my numbers.

no differnce with the drops
