You can sometimes not know if the product is helping but I’ve been healthier, I believe, since taking this product and the LDM, so yes I think Barlow products are great and do what they are intended to do.

I have been taking 50 drops daily for a number of years in my morning "Go-Go Juice," which is combined with collagen, vitamin C, and whatever else I'm adding at the time to my water bottle. It is my "daily vitamin" and it has always been the number one thing that I refuse to be without.
