Great but definitely recommend starting with a lower dose!

I started with the recommended dose of 15 drops and it knocked me out but also gave me intense nightmares. The next night, I cut the dose in half but it still gave me bad dreams. Finally, I tried 1-2 drops in some water and it worked well. Apparently I am VERY sensitive to it. I wanted to leave a review in case anyone else has the same trouble.

Absolutely love R tran, I take it in the evening. It calms me down after a hectic day and helps me sleep through the night. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. I love that it doesn't knock me out like sleep aids, if I need to wake up and function I can easily without feeling groggy. It was instrumental in getting through the first few weeks of my brothers unexpected death, I'm so grateful Jane recommended it.
