Every choice you make...COUNTS.

It compounds and grows into either good health or disastrous disease.
So, here's a video of the supplements I take.

It has evolved over the years and will continue to evolve as I get older.

Maybe you can't afford all the supplements you would like to take.
If you don't take any supplements and you don't know where to start then start with what you eat.

That's it. Food. Nutrition.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of supplements, vitamins and all the other ""stuff"" that is out there.

So start with your food. You are what you eat. 

If you don't have your nutrition dialed in, you can't cover it up with vitamins and herbal supplements.  
Can supplementation benefit you?
But you must be smart and use your common sense.
Your vibrant, good health is NOT going to happen if you simply supplement and then eat a crappy diet and don't pay attention to the other factors of health in your life.

Get your nutrition dialed in. Step outside of the crowd.
Be willing to say "No" or "Yes" to what serves or doesn't serve you.
It really doesn't matter what other people are doing or saying.
If it feels right to you, then do it.
If it doesn't.... then don't.
It's that simple.
For me, this whole supplementation has evolved over time.
I didn't start out eating as clean as I do now. I wish I had. I would turn back the clock if I could and I would make smarter food choices when I was in my 20's and 30's.
This whole supplement regime of mine is fine tuned to perfection for me.
I suggest you find the same for you.
Do your due diligence. Research and study.
Vibrant health is a beautiful way to live.
But it's up to you.
I can't do it for you. No one but you can.
You get to decide and choose for yourself.
Start today.
What you do matters. Day in and day out. The compound effect.
It's very powerful.

You get to choose. Choose health. Choose life.
