WATER HYSSOP is often used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve cognitive function. It is thought to enhance memory and learning. It also exhibits antioxidant properties and is believed to offer neuroprotective effects.

RHODIOLA is an adaptogenic herb that can help to increase energy, stamina, strength, and mental capacity. It can modulate the body’s stress response to chemical and environmental factors. It has been studied for its potential to improve overall emotional well-being.

SKULLCAP is considered to have sedative effects and is believed to alliviate anxiety and nervous tension. It contains flavonoids that contribute to its anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties.

SIBERIAN GINSENG contains properties that may enhance physical and mental endurance, reduce fatigue, and boost the immune system. It is also considered an adaptogen with stress-balancing effects.

ST. JOHN’S WORT has been studied because of its potential to fight mild to moderate depression. It contains active compounds like hypericin and hyperforin, which are thought to affect neurotransmitters in the brain associated with mood regulation.

Mood & Energy Blend in liquid/glycerite form contains: Holy Basil, lemon balm, water hyssop, rhodiola, skullcap, St. John’s Wort, Siberian Ginseng and the essential oils of wild orange blossom, rosemary, peppermint and love. Formulated in a reduced alcohol extraction and reconstituted in organic vegetable glycerin.
