I just received my copy for Christmas, and I am very impressed. I have quite a collection of books on herbalism, but this one is the most beautifully made. It is a large book, and quality of the paper and photography outshines all of the others. The layout of the book is user friendly, and I like that the information is structured in such a way one can quickly read the benefits of each herb as well as the medicinal uses, forms of preparation, dosages, and other tips. The book is not inexpensive like so many available on amazon, but now that I own it I can say that it is most definitely worth it!

The photography to identify the herbs is first rate. Everyone needs to have a resource like this book. I am happy to receive it and now will buy some of their wonderful products. I couldn’t believe how fast the package arrived. I’d been super curious to read your dad’s book for quite some time, but as you mentioned, it was hard to find and expensive to attain. So now I get the best of both worlds with “Be Your Own Shaman”! The book is beautiful, so sleek and beautifully illustrated. So much knowledge here, I’m overwhelmed in the best possible way!

Oh My! Jane, this book is so beautiful I wanted to frame it! Great book for a quick reference to how these 94 medicinal plants will help heal and improve your life. Did not know that Oregano could be used for Asthma, Bronchitis, Heartburn and more. Love that you can learn and prepare your own tinctures and other medicinal preparations.

I am HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY as I received my/your book yesterday late. I opened it this morning as I worked last night and didn’t actually get the package till this morning. Haven’t had a chance to go through it page by page, but did a quick page through and I absolutely love it. Such quality!!!
