Once we get motivated to eat clean and start taking better care of ourselves it's easy to think you have to do it 100% of the time.

Well, guess what?  You don't.  It's not only unreasonable but it's not a very joyous way to live and be a human on this amazing planet we call earth.

So check out this little conversation Sara and I have about yummy, deep-fried "fish bits!"

The 80/20 rule is a great way to live.
